This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Namarasa are refundable in the event of cancellations, rescheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

Advance Payments

An advance/token amount may be requested to confirm a booking.

This advance helps us block the date, coordinate travel/logistics, and prepare accordingly.
2. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the organizer cancels the event:

7 or more days in advance: 100% refund of advance (or adjusted for a rescheduled date).

3–6 days in advance: 50% refund of advance.

Less than 3 days’ notice: Advance will be non-refundable due to blocked schedules and preparation costs.

Any request for cancellation must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact.
3. Rescheduling by the Organizer

We will do our best to accommodate date changes, based on availability.

If a mutually convenient date is found, the advance will be carried forward with no extra charge.

If rescheduling is not possible from our end, standard cancellation terms (above) will apply.
4. Cancellation by Namarasa

If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel issues, emergencies):

The full advance will be refunded promptly, or
-
An alternate date or substitute arrangement may be offered, with your consent.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans, or other uncontrollable events:

We will offer a full refund or rescheduling based on mutual agreement.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment method.
