A legal disclaimer

1. Booking Confirmation

 

 

  • All bookings must be made through our official form, email, or direct contact with the Namarasa team.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after a mutual agreement is reached and, where applicable, an advance payment is made.

  • Event details must be shared in full at the time of booking (venue, date, type of event, duration, audience size, etc.).

 

 

 

 

2. Travel & Accommodation

 

 

  • For outstation performances, the organizer is responsible for:

     

    • Comfortable accommodation (ideally near the venue),

    • Prasadam/meal arrangements, and

    • Travel logistics, including local transport.

     

  • For international bookings, appropriate visa assistance and round-trip airfare must be arranged or reimbursed.

 

 

 

 

3. Technical Requirements

 

 

  • Sound and stage setup should meet basic requirements to support a devotional performance.

  • If the organizer cannot arrange sound, Namarasa may provide it at an additional cost.

  • A brief sound check must be scheduled at least 1 hour before the performance.

 

 

 

 

4. Performance Duration

 

 

  • Standard kirtan durations range from 60–90 minutes, but may vary depending on the event.

  • Any change or extension of performance time must be discussed in advance.

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Terms

 

 

  • A token/advance may be required to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining payment (if applicable) must be made on or before the event date.

  • Mode of payment: UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash (details will be shared upon confirmation).

 

 

 

 

6. Cancellations & Postponements

 

 

  • In case of cancellation by the organizer, the advance may be non-refundable depending on timing and situation.

  • If Namarasa must cancel due to unforeseen reasons, any advance received will be fully refunded or an alternative date offered.

 

 

 

 

7. Media & Recording

 

 

  • Namarasa reserves the right to photograph, record or livestream performances for spiritual and promotional use.

  • If the organizer wishes to record or livestream, it must be discussed in advance.

  • Please inform us beforehand if any guest’s privacy is a concern.

 

 

 

 

8. Respect & Conduct

 

 

  • Namarasa upholds spiritual decorum. We request a respectful, sattvic environment throughout the event.

  • Any form of substance abuse, disrespect, or disruptive behavior at the venue may lead to immediate cancellation of performance.

 

 

 

 

9. Force Majeure

 

 

  • Namarasa shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, transportation delays, or government restrictions).
